1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Practice IELTS ("Platform", "Service", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this platform.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

Practice IELTS provides an online platform for IELTS test preparation, including:

Practice tests for IELTS Reading and Writing modules

3. Account Registration

4.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Share your account credentials with others

Copy, reproduce, or reverse engineer any part of the Service
Use automated tools or bots to access the Service
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

5. Subscription and Payment

5.1 Free and Premium Plans

We offer both free and premium subscription plans. Free users have access to limited features. Premium subscribers gain access to unlimited practice tests and advanced features.

5.2 Billing

Premium subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or quarterly). You authorize us to charge your payment method on file. If payment fails, we may suspend or terminate your premium access.

5.3 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your premium subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods, except as required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to practice questions, feedback systems, design, text, and graphics) are owned by Practice IELTS and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without our express written permission.

7. AI-Generated Feedback

Our Platform uses AI technology to evaluate your practice tests and provide feedback. You acknowledge that:

AI-generated scores and feedback are estimates and may not exactly match official IELTS examiner scores
We do not guarantee specific score improvements or test outcomes
Our feedback is for educational purposes and practice only
We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the official IELTS organization

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

8.1 No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Practice IELTS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Practice IELTS and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Practice IELTS operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Severability
