On computer you click back to a flagged or previous item; on paper you flip the booklet and find a circled number. Both let you change an answer. Neither stops the clock. The computer trap is clicking through empty boxes you never return to. The paper trap is a circle you cannot find because you marked every line. Leave one short, unique mark — one flag, or one circle — then finish the set you are in. Do not rebuild the whole paper in the last five minutes. This is not a highlight-timing page and not a next-button page. Practice IELTS is a computer Writing and Reading tool. It is not the official familiarisation test, not a booking page, and not Listening or Speaking.
