No. Grammatical Range and Accuracy is a mix: some variety, few slips. Forcing three clauses into every sentence usually costs accuracy — a lost article, a broken tense, a relative clause that does not attach. Two clause types you already control beat a stacked sentence you cannot finish under time. Use a complex sentence when the idea needs it: a cause, a limit, a contrast. Keep a short sentence when the point is simple. Do not rewrite a clear sentence into three clauses to look like a higher band. We do not promise a band from longer sentences.
