No. “To what extent do you agree” asks how far, not only whether. Fully, partly, or not at all is a scale. Writing “I agree” with no limit treats the prompt as a yes/no opinion essay and often leaves the extent job undone. Name the distance in the introduction, then stay there. A practical shape for a partial view is one body for the part you accept and one body for the limit. Do not turn it into a discussion of both views unless the prompt also asks that.
