One developed example usually beats three thin “for example” names. Development means you say what happened and why it supports the topic sentence — a result, a cost, a limit — not a list of cities or jobs. Three short examples in one body often read as a list, and Coherence drops because the paragraph has no single job. Pick one case you can finish: who, what changed, why it matters to the claim. You do not need a famous study. A precise everyday case (shift work, tuition, a waiting list) is enough if you explain it. Do not start a second example if the first is still unfinished. We do not promise a band from fewer examples. Practice IELTS marks Task Response and Coherence as practice estimates, not official bands.
