True, False, and Not Given are about the passage, not your knowledge of the topic. True means the statement agrees with the text. False means the text says the opposite — a contradiction, not a missing fact. Not Given means the passage does not give enough to call it true or false; a related sentence is not enough. Yes / No / Not Given is the same three-way choice for the writer's views, not for facts. A common error is changing True to Not Given because the wording is not identical, or calling a missing number False. Do not reread the whole passage for every item.
